We’ve created an individual HRecruiting “App” that integrates your own Recruiting Center onto your company’s Facebook Fan Page. Your fans can view your current job advertisements directly on your FB Fan Page. One click on the ad’s title brings the visitors to the job advertisement, where they can apply online. Your advantage? You automatically have an additional advertising channel, free of charge!

2. Like Button:

A “Like” button can be found in the HRecruiting Center as well as in the job advertisement itself. As soon as a candidate selects to “Like”, a link to the ad is automatically posted on the candidate’s FB wall and visible to friends, and thus, your job ad gains enormous extra coverage.

HRecruiting can Integrate Applicants’ Videos in their Digital Applicant Files

Hamburg, 30.05.2011 – In times of YouTube and numerous other video portals, application videos are becoming ever more popular. Unlike written job application documents, using video allows applicants to demonstrate their personality by means of facial expression, gesture and language and thus, rise above the competition as they particularly showcase their communication skills.

As a provider of web-based recruiting solutions, HRecruiting has expanded its electronic applicant file by including a video category. In their online job applications, applicants can enter a link to their application video (e.g. YouTube). Hamburg, 09.05.2011 – The Recruiting Center App by HRecruiting represents an important supplement for a customer’s company website. It offers potential applicants an overview of all vacant positions within the company on their smartphones. After selecting a position, a text including the most significant job information will be displayed. In addition, applicants can have the App send them the job ad link to their e-Mail address, allowing them to apply for that job at a later date.

Anonymized Application Procedure Now Available in the Recruiting Software “HRecruiting”

Hamburg, 06.01.2011 – The objective of an anonymized job application is the equal opportunity during the initial phase of the application procedure, i.e., only after a candidate has received an invitation for a job interview, does the HR representative gain knowledge of the candidate’s name, age, gender, origin and family status. This allows the HR reps to fully concentrate on the applicant’s professional suitability during the selection process, without any personal partiality leaving its mark on their decision.

As the very first provider on the market, HRecruiting offers customers the possibility of carrying out an online application procedure in a non-discriminatory manner.  Up to a process phase, as defined by the customer, the process runs with anonymized applicant profiles; relevant General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) information is masked. Therefore, unbiased evaluations are possible in accordance with the requirements from the Anglo-American area.
